Welcome to Ali Özalp Villas & Apartments website, DALYAN TURKEY. In here you'll find all the relevant information you need. Please read the information below and follow the links on the left side and at the top.The Özalp apartments are situated 2 minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan. Both the apartment complexes are on quiet side roads with easy access to all the restaurants, shops and bars in the centre.

Each has it's own garden, swimming pool with sun loungers, snack bar and a pretty vine covered area with tables and chairs. You can purchase drinks and snacks from the poolside snackbar. Once a week we will have an evening Bar-B-Q around the poolside.

All apartments have a fully equiped kitchen, sitting room (with sofa beds), bathroom (continious hot water) and bedroom. Some apartments have 2 bedrooms. Air conditioners/Heaters and mosquitoe screens are also fitted. We also have a cute 'Crow's Nest' apartment. Cots available upon request.

The apartments’s are cleaned twice a week with fresh linen and towels. Please refrain from using these towels round the pool and bring your own beach towels. Rubbish is collected daily at 7pm.If required we can provide a laundry service, just ask at the snack bar.If you arrive late we can provide essentials for you, bread, milk, water etc. Just let us know.You will find an information pack at the snack bar to give you an idea of things to do but if you need more information or help come and chat to us there.
